Visualizing Progress: 3D Sequencing for Mixed-Use Development

As part of a project with Merkon Constructions Melbourne, I developed a 3D construction sequence diagram designed to visually represent the phased progress of a mixed-use property. Intended primarily for incorporation into the project report, this tool offered a clear, step-by-step visualization to aid stakeholder understanding and communication.

The focus was on plotting the construction phases efficiently and coherently, ensuring the visual narrative aligned with the project’s reporting needs. This contribution highlighted the importance of clarity in presenting complex processes while supporting effective project documentation.
