Since 2017, I have contributed to over 250 DA/CDC approvals for residential and semi-commercial projects. My role involves navigating intricate approval processes to ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance and design excellence.

From conducting meticulous site visits and measuring existing structures to developing detailed drawing sets for unauthorized builds, I have demonstrated a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. My contributions span the design of new residences, granny flats, pools, and structural extensions that integrate seamlessly with existing properties while enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

I rigorously adhere to construction codes, including the BCA/NCC, accounting for critical factors such as floor space ratios, landscaping, stormwater management, and privacy impacts. Beyond securing approvals, my work emphasizes creating harmonious designs that respect both the environment and the surrounding community, ensuring thoughtful and enduring enhancements to the built environment.
