Comprehensive Council Approval Documentation: As-Built House Extension with Alfresco & Pool

This project involved preparing a detailed set of council approval documents for an as-built house extension, including an alfresco area, pool, and pool fencing. In addition to precise layout plans, I created a 3D model to better visualize the design and ensure alignment with client and regulatory expectations.

The documentation included critical details such as site calculations for mandatory landscaping and built-up area compliance, as well as door-window schedules, ensuring every aspect met local council requirements.
